Power and Strength: The Neptune Queen exudes water magic and has the ability to fly. Though her strength is not limitless, the Neptune Queen possesses super human strength as well, enabling her to lift (press) in excess of 100 tons. 

Known Superhuman Powers: Endowed with the greatest known naturally occurring concentration of water power, the Neptune Queen can draw on a limitless well of water magic, far exceeding any water priest, and even perhaps the water god. She has full telehydrokinetic abilities which give her control over all things comprised of water.

Other Abilities:  Because water magic is said to contain "the spells that...[underlie] the creation of all life", the Neptune Queen possesses an extent genetic healing factor which slows her aging considerably and allows her to recover from injury at a remarkable rate. It has also been rumored that she can project her healing powers to heal dying tissue.
